Clean room, and the housekeepers were nice, but the hotel owner was extremely rude. I booked three superior suite rooms for three nights. Once I got the confirmation of booking, the hotel sent a message to me that the reception only available from 9am to 5pm, but our flight was arriving at 9 pm at night, so I sent a message asking how we could get the room keys, but they never replied. I had to contacted Expedia, who also tried to reach them at first with no success. Expedia then gave me the hotel email address, I sent several polite emails asking about check-in and transportation, again, no reply at all. Only when I ask to cancel the reservation, then they replied to the expedia without replying me. We were very worried because we were arriving at night on an unfamiliar island, with no local language, and reception would already be closed. I needed direct confirmation, so I asked Expedia to request that the hotel to give me a message, finally they sent me a message, but without any courtesy.At the day before we arrived, I received three messages for the other two rooms I had booked, but none for our own room. I have no idea how I offended them, as all of my emails were polite. I can share them if anyone is interested. Never in my experience have I encountered such a rude owner. Their housekeepers were far friendlier than the reception.
