The staff was incredibly helpful with suggestions for how to explore Santorini. The room was always cleaned thoroughly and the view from the hotel was amazing.

The property and location were great. Typical Greek architecture but our room was showing its age. Fantastic breakfast, and Gabriel at the front desk was most helpful, and the view was amazing!

Sauberes Zimmer, bequeme Betten, traumhafte Aussicht. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gründlich gereinigt. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet war einfach aber ok für ein paar Tage. Highlight war definitiv die super Aussicht und die ruhige Lage der Unterkunft.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and very helpful in making suggestions, offering recommendations, and accommodating us whenever needed. The cleaning staff were also super and friendly, making sure all was well and clean. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with many fresh baked options, and hot and cold buffet options, and great coffee!

The room was clean and the staff is super friendly. The breakfast was good, but the only thing missing was fresh fruit. Only had canned mixed fruit. The bed was also too hard for my taste. The location is great and the views are spectacular.

One of the most beautiful hotels with the best view in all of Santorini. We absolutely loved everything. The breakfast was delicious, the staff is fantastic, and the front desk man is wonderful. We'll be back soon.

While the property doesn’t look like what is seen online (it is older), the staff more than make up for this. The receptionist, cook (for buffet breakfast), and the cleaning ladies are exceptional. They are so friendly and went above and beyond with our special requests. They warmed up leftovers for us, and they stopped laying out fresh-baked goods with nuts and seeds to accommodate the life-threatening allergy of one of our small group. There was daily cleaning and you were greeted with warmth and affection each time you passed one another. We had a car rental which was super handy for getting around the island during our 5-night stay, but you can easily walk into the traditional village of Megalochori or to the Heart of Santorini. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all the staff for helping to make our stay so relaxing and wonderful.

The property is in an excellent location, with a beautiful view of the Caldera. However, it is the staff that make this property so special. They were friendly, helpful, and overall exceptional.

A very good experience—I recommend this hotel. The breakfast is good, though options are limited, and the view is incredible. The staff at the front desk were very attentive to everything we needed. My only recommendation is to avoid staying in the standard rooms, as they are very small.

Our stay at Artemis Suites in Megalochori was absolutely beautiful, made truly unforgettable by the exceptional staff who went above and beyond at every turn. From the very beginning, our experience was seamless. Our driver, Angel, was incredibly patient and waited for us at the airport despite our flight being significantly delayed. He also provided a smooth and stress-free ride back to the airport at the end of our trip. When we finally arrived late at night, Daniel at the front desk gave us a very warm welcome. He was so kind and recommended the perfect spot for us to get delicious food despite the late hour. Another receptionist, Pamela, was equally wonderful, providing us with fantastic tips and insider advice on the best ways to get around Santorini. To top it all off, the morning breakfasts were absolutely delicious, thanks to the wonderful cook. Every single employee we encountered was genuinely kind and attentive. We highly recommend this beautiful property and cannot thank the team enough for their hospitality!

The concierge, Gabriel, was amazing! He welcomed us with gusto and was a great help answering questions and guiding us during our stay. The young lady that works the desk was equally amazing!!
