We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brilliance Suites, the staff were warm and super attentive and the breakfast was the nicest touch! Bus stop and local supermarket is less than a 5 minutes walk away so the location is perfect

Property was very clean, room cleaned everyday with new towels and bedding, 2 bottles of water in the fridge and supplies stocked up. Breakfast delivered to the room every morning with a great selection and delicious. Staff very friendly, polite, helpful and respectful. Area is very quiet and peaceful with a local supermarket just a few minutes walk away, along with bus top to Oia. You do need to walk up a steep hill to get to local town for restaurants, shops and bus stop to Fira. Would stay here again.

Perfect for honeymoon

This was the best stay that we booked in our Greece trip. Deciding to book in this location was great because it was not very busy like in Oia. Everywhere we wanted to go to was around 20minutes away from this location (we used atv to go around the island). The price is very reasonable for the amenities, service and location. Eleni, from front desk, is the best! She’s very helpful for everything we needed. They made everything smooth and easy gor our stay. We truly enjoyed the island because they are a one-stop shop for reservations, booking excursions, transportation, renting atv, etc. They have room service everyday, serves our breakfast by the pool (while enjoying the scenery), and they are overall very responsive to any questions we have even before we have checked in (communication through whatsapp).

Very Good, recommend.

The hotel is very beautiful with the perfect view. The location is perfect for a couple trip and if you want to be somewhere quiet with very good views and confortable room. The breakfast is ok, not outstanding, but fine. Imerovigli though is the perfect place to stay, very close to Thira and all the shops and restaurants. And most importantly, its far from the crowds of Oia.

From booking to leaving they could not have been more helpful. They met us on arrival and gave a good overview of the island and activities. The room was beautiful and privacy was excellent. The breakfast delivered daily was varied and a lot of it. Overall excellent and we would stay here again

Property is lovely with the view and easy to get to town. Walkable to Fira and buses every hour from Fira. Will need to get another bus from fira to the hotel but it is only a 20 minute walk which is amazing for the views. Some of the hotel standards were lower than accepted such as hair on one of the clean towels, some ants in the bathroom on the first day and did not return. The pool cleaning is far too early as two of the days the staff let themselves in to clean the pool at 6:30 in the morning. I would rather a know on the door or when the room is being cleaned for the pool to be cleaned at the same time. This was meant to be an adult only hotel but we did have children in the next apartment which was disappointing as we only wanted an adult hotel as advertised when booking. Only one issue with breakfast when the cheese was off other than that the location and hotel is amazing but would get a hotel in fira next time due to transportation and taxis being at least 30 euro to get to other towns around the island. Our of season for the end of April and beginning of may is great due to less people. If I was to go in the height of summer dinner out and visiting places would have been horrible. Not a place to go in the peek times.

Brilliant stay, Panos was great, really helpful and was always on hand to help us out and reccomended where to go ect. Rooms are fantastic, cleaned everyday and the breakfast was lovely in a morning.

Simply beautiful and serene property. Service was superb. Rented a car from the hotel to travel to other places on the island. Very reasonable. Airport transportation was on time and again very reasonable

The most fantastic stay

Wow this place was amazing!! It did not feel real! The suite was immaculate, modern and very clean. The pool and outdoor area were so relaxing and I loved spending time out there. The staff were kind, accommodating and very pleasant. I would recommend this place to everyone - great location and stunning views. The atmosphere was very peaceful and tranquil. Definitely worth hiring a vehicle if you are staying here. There is nothing I would change about this place and I would visit again in a heartbeat.

Accueil déplorable il y avais un vent très fort qui tapais sur l’hôtel, la réception a préféré nous laissé attendre dehors alors que la chambre était prête et nos bagages était à l’intérieur. Résultat une pergola nous est tombé dessus. La piscine était froide et sale. La femme de ménage a juste toquer un coup et est rentré alors que nous dormions. Piscine suite lune de miel tout les gens passent devant et nous voient, le personnel est toujours devant les piscines pour regarde la vue mer donc nous n’avons eu aucune intimité. À 300 e la nuit c’est abusé

We loved our stay at Brilliance Suites. Staff were very friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The room was clean and the view was gorgeous. Note that the deck faces the sun rise side rather than the sunset and the pool is not heated. Therefore, it was a little cold at this time of the year but we still made the most of it when the sun was out. The breakfast was so delicious, especially the Brilliance Super Bowl. The hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of Fira and Oia. Not many things are walking distance and we were fortunate enough to rent a car which was necessary given the hilly roads in the area. We will absolutely return to this hotel again next time we visit Santorini.

Très bon séjour, belle vue. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Seul bémol, obliger de demander le réassort chaque jour du café,de l eau( non potable au robinet ) et des produits de douche
