"The property has beautiful views and the staff is amazing. The hotel is old and the rooms need to be updated. There was an odor in our room. The pool has cracked tile and no pool service except for a very small bar. 20 minute walk to downtown Fira."
"Lovely staff to greet you and couldn’t do enough to help you. Hotel is just at start
Of Fira street so great location for bars, shops, restaurants.
Room were clean but only complaint is noise for other rooms can be heard and on Saturday night noise can be heard from bars.
10 mins to airport and just around corner to bus station for local bus."
"Beautiful property with outstanding views of the caldera. Breakfast was great and all of the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect - even allowing a late check out without extra cost. Very peaceful stay in a very clean room. I would just advise some caution due to the number of steps. From our apartment at the bottom of the hotel to the street level was 176 steps and not all had handrails. If you are ok with this then I would totally recommend this beautiful accommodation"
"The staff was super friendly and gave excellent recommendations of what to do on the island. The 10% spa discount at their sister hotel was also a nice benefit. Right on the main shopping area with quick access to food and the bus. The rooftop terrace was beautiful for sunset and for breakfast. Room was clean and well maintained."
"Our three nights at Katikies Santorini Pelagos House were unforgettable. The location couldn’t be better, tucked into the cliffside yet close to everything. The views over the caldera and the Aegean were stunning at every hour, and the sunsets were pure magic. The real highlight was the staff: warm, attentive, and always a step ahead of anything we needed. They made us feel truly looked after. Easily one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!"
