Without a doubt, the nicest hotel stay we've ever had. We arrived early and Conny let us relax in reception with a drink and sort out the introductions to the hotel, the area, everything you can think of right down to a list recommending a few of the the best places to eat in each of the local areas and towns. We were welcomed, shown to our gorgeous room (with a hot tub) to find a floral display on the bed with the towels made to look like birds as it was our honeymoon, and the standard of friendliness and welcome stayed that way for the whole week. The hotel is gorgeous. The breakfast is generous and delicious. The service is impeccable. We needed a relaxed, comfortable week and we got just that from start to finish, and I could go on. I don't have anything to say in terms of constructive feedback because NOTHING was wrong at any point. For example - I have to drink decaffeinated coffee and having ordered one on my first morning and mentioning that I have one every morning, I was then presented with one every single breakfast time for the rest of the week. Didn't even have to ask. The area around the hotel has plenty of places to eat and the standard of service and quality of the food are top notch. You never really want to leave a good holiday but I've never felt that so strongly as we did here, and I'm pretty sure we'll be back some time. Huge thank you to everyone who made our honeymoon so special, the team at Kouros Village deserve to be very proud.

Lovely hotel for vaccation

Lovely quiet hotel located close to the beach and the town. The staff is welcoming and smiling and you feel welcome. Lovely varied breakfast buffet. Can only recommend this hotel

This was the second time we stayed at the hotel, it was a pleasure to visit again after 7 years. The hotel is well maintained, always clean and the staff were friendly, helpful and kind. We had a wonderful holiday & can highly recommend Kouros Village Hotel.

Enjoyed the Kouros Hotel, There was a bad drain smell 1 night but disappeared quickly, would of chose a higher room than flòr level, and bit noisy from the cleaners below us 7am getting ready for work..Other than that a nice place, Breakfast was OK , but needs a Microwave for the cooked stuff as wasn't to warm..The cereals etc was nice..

Loved most things about this hotel. It’s pretty, great location, clean, quiet and employs extremely good staff. Beds were comfy and room adequate. However, we booked a triple room as we needed 2 beds, with patio or balcony. Shockingly the single bed was upstairs, up steep, narrow, stone stairs. This was completely unexpected as it was not described that way on Expedia and the photos didn’t make that evident. Quite a nuisance when needing the bathroom in the middle of the night. Secondly we did not have a private balcony or patio, it was a wraparound balcony shared by 6 rooms with just one 2 seater bench and small table on it. And clearly nowhere to hang swimwear or sweaty clothing to dry out. Lastly there is limited space around the beautiful pool for sunbeds so securing one can be difficult if you’re not up in time. And they can’t be moved so you’re in the one spot for the duration regardless of where the sun is or if you need shade. Those things aside, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are exceptional and very professional. Breakfast is delicious as are items from the bar menu.

Dora is super friendly and so are all the staff, the hotel is quite small and tucked away but perfect if you want to stay somewhere near the beach and explore the island from there. Getting to Fira was only 20 minutes and to Oia was around 40 minutes. There are bars and restaurants nearby and supermarkets, so we felt it was great. It was a little quiet however it was also off season, so that would be the only thing to note. Very clean and the service was amazing :)

All staff were very friendly & accomodating. You have a good team. Only suggestion we have is to ask Vasil to take some deep breaths before he gives his welcome speech. He went thru it so quickly that I thought either he or I would have a heart attack before he finished :)

A lovely, boutique hotel a very short walk from the beach & 'the strip' which has a plethora of restaurants & bars. Staff are outstanding - nothing is too much effort & they are proactive in their approach (e.g. we were offered a printed copy of the bus timetable). On that note, it is fairly easy & inexpensive to get a bus to Fira and then on to Oia (the bus stop being at the top of the street). Finally, the bedrooms are kept clean by the wonderful housekeeping staff & breakfast is absolutely amazing - top class. The only star deducted was because it can be quite difficult to get a sunbed at the pool (unless late in the day), but this is an issue at most hotels/resorts the world over.

Everything was perfect! All of the staff were amazing, they work so hard and it shows. The pool is beautiful, it seemed no one wanted to leave the hotel just relax by the pool. Breakfast is awesome so many healthy choices. The ladies at the reception were great, made our reservations and gave us a delicious list of favorite restaurants. Thank Kouro Village

Nice hotel needs improvements

Nice hotel, great staff whom were very friendly and always ready to help. Staff made this place great. A few things could have improved the experience. There wasn’t enough pool side chairs for the guest, and there was a side at the the pool with no chairs, so space isn’t an issue. At the end they couldn’t provide an itemized receipt, they provided a total with no breakdown. Didn’t know what I was paying for which wasn’t a great feeling.

Really enjoyed our first adult only hotel, it felt calm and simplistic, great way to unwind. Staff especially Zenzi at reception was super helpful, explained the local bus routes, key attractions and kept us at ease as we were eager to travel. I would highly recommend this for a few days break. Breakfast was a lovely spread or cooked and continental. All the staff in the hotel were very friendly. Nice location, Perrisa beach is 5mins walking distance for the lunch and dinner meals.

Beautiful Hotel

This hotel was beautiful, clean, and near the beach about a 2 min walk. If I was to come to Santorini again, I would probably stay here for the entire vacation. The breakfast can't be beat, it was delicious made from top ingredients and I am a picky eater and it was complimentary. I wish we could have stayed longer but had to leave to go to Mykonos.

Brilliant staff and lovely hotel

The hotel was even more than we expected. The staff were lovely and everyone was very polite. Whenever we had an issue (e.g. a storm made the hot tub dirty one night), they sorted it within minutes. The appearance of the hotel was beautiful with lovely flowers everywhere. The hot tub was a great addition and the pool was nice. Breakfast is served until 11 which meant you could lie in on your holiday. It had lots of options and the food was great. We liked the location, it was right by the beach with lots of restaurants. It was nice staying on the quieter southern part of the island as you can easily travel around with a car. The room was cleaned and made up daily with fresh towels and you could borrow beach/pool towels from reception with no issues. Overall it was a lovely experience and we would both come again and recommend to others.
