Everything was amazing in this hotel. My only wish was to make the hot tub hotter, they helped us with it but it was still not super hot for us who are use to get in a hot tub on the snow. But overall this was an amazing place. They took care of all details, helped us with anything we needed and always very attentive. Breakfast was delicious every day.

Excellent hotel with stunning views of both Oia and the Caldera. Wonderful service and facilities as well as food. One area is to maybe have another look at some of the furniture as it may come to a point of needing to be replaced.

The staff was amazing and super helpful. The room was consistently clean, it’s very well situated at the beginning of Oia making it easier to access. The view from the rooms are just magical and they serve you breakfast a la carte to your room which is beautiful and convenient. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Loved the location, smooth check in process, very hardworking staff / team esp kudos to Leo for walking our luggage on those steps!! He is amazing. Impressive service for bfast and we had a good selection of it everyday. It would be nice to have coffee creamers in the room. The rooms were cleaned everyday sometimes multiple times a day. Very receptive staff and will definitely recommend
