Loved the pool and breakfast delivered to rooms each morning. The staff were kind and friendly. Matthew gave great suggestions on what to do and was so helpful. Beautiful suites worth every penny

Beautiful property with lovely staff. Mathew was so helpful and kind. The property is in a quaint area, not the same hustle and bustle as Fira and Oia. It’s closer to the beaches where we took a catamaran around. Rent an ATV if you need to get around and explore.

Vineyard Exclusive Suites was a fantastic choice! The room was beautiful, always clean, and offered a stunning view of the ocean. The property is in a serene location right next to the ruins of Akrotiri, the red beach, and caldera beach. A perfect spot to escape from the chaos of Fira and Oia! The property manager, Matthew, and his family were so welcoming and helpful. They pointed us to our favorite restaurants and were always happy to make reservations for us. And the breakfast each day was always delicious and a perfect way to start each day. We can’t wait to return!

Ultimate private relaxation

From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave it’s just perfect, rooms and private pools are more beautiful than the pics. A lovely local village is on your doorstep, stunning views of Caldera a one min walk away, Matthew who Manages the site is amazing from bookings in restaurants, transport and spas, to bringing amazing pancakes in the morning. We will definitely be back again.

We loved our stay at Vineyard Exclusive Suites! The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. Great choice of breakfast options. The village of Akrotiri is a couple of minutes walk away and has a good range of restaurants to choose from and a few different shops. Our host Matthew was amazing - he helped us arrange transport and gave us some fantastic recommendations on where to visit around the island. Couldn’t have had a better stay!

This is without question the best holiday we’ve ever had. The vineyards is in a perfect position just on the outskirts of the centre. It takes less than a 5 minute walk to be in the middle of town with lots of lovely restaurants to choose from. I’m aware that there is a character limit so in terms of the suite itself I will just say it was perfect, it looks exactly like the photos. The outside area took our breath away. The pool is gorgeous and the little hammock in the shade was perfect to sit and read. It felt totally private and comfortable. The best part of the whole stay though was Matthew. He gives his whats app details and helped me before we had even left the airport! On arrival he was welcoming and gave us all the key information including recommendations of where to eat that night. We arranged to meet with him one morning to help us plan our stay. We talked through what we could do and he sorted everything for us and I mean everything. A hire car, boat trip, reservations at a local restaurant (including organising a car to take us there and back and organising the best place to sit to see the sunset). He is local so knows who to trust, what the best prices are and what is worth doing and not doing. This was the holiday of a lifetime. The suite would have been reason enough but Matthew made it perfect. Stay here, don’t hesitate for a second. We cannot wait to stay again. If you are reading this Matthew then thank you. You’re a hero!

Excellent location away from the main town busyness yet close enough to drive. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly Matthew, he made our trip much more affordable and interesting with his advices & tips about car rental, the city, supermarket, restaurants through out the island. Loved the private pool and one of the best omelette I have tasted away from home. Would definitely recommend this location to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Best place we stayed at during our trip to Greece! Matthew was extremely kind and helpful during the entire stay. He provided us with a map full of the best places to visit and eat at during our stay which came in super handy. The villa was very clean, comfy, and welcoming. The private pool was amazing. They provided daily breakfast brought directly to the room where we could sit in the backyard and enjoy the views.

My husband and I took a week long vacation away from our big family, Mathew was great from the start. Property is modern, clean, and beautiful! We have a private pool with an ocean view. It is close to public transportation, there are mini markets and good restaurants nearby. The staff members are very nice and helpful! We had a great stay here and it’s highly recommended!

I was blown away by this stay! My husband and I booked vineyard for one night so that we could be in close proximity to horseback riding in Akotiri and Kayaking in the local area we had booked. Upon arrival, Matthew, the property manager/owner greeted us warmly, sat with us for almost a full hour to discuss our stay, not only at Vineyard, but for the next 4 days when we explored other parts of Santorini. He helped us book a boat ride around the island, arranged for taxis for us, gave us countless recommendations, as well as checked in on us via whatsapp throughout our stay in case we needed anything and to see if his recommendations went well. Customer service was great 10/10. He was basically our travel agency for the trip! Booking the stay at Vineyard was worth it just for our interaction with Matthew. Further, our room was beautiful, very cool considering the summer heat, and our made-to-order continental breakfast was superb! Would highly recommend staying here, especially considering it is close to so many wonderful activities on the island
