"Friendly staff at hotel. Really enjoyed the beautiful view delicious fresh fish and friendly staff that were happy we were there. I got garden view room but would preferred oceanview which were not available. Garden room quiet and nice gardens."

"The restaurant server was very sweet at breakfast"

"no water pressure"

"Rooms and property were dated. I could not get hot water in shower, changed rooms & still did not get hot water. Shower pressure weak in 2 rooms. I had 4 dinners while in Jamaica, the worst one and most expensive one was at Tree House. Some rooms have been renovated, need to inquire about that. Location on beach great, chairs provided at waterfront. Staff great. Supermarket is right across the street. Free parking very convenient. Pool water was nice & warm."

"Wasn’t please with the stay, the yard has a funny smell, also the fan wasn’t blowing any breeze couldn’t stay there had to leave the same day. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Waste of time"

"The hospitality was so wonderful. The staff makes you feel comfortable and at home. Very friendly and easy to talk to you. The bartender was very flavorful, made a lot nice drinks and kept the drinks coming and the vibe. The cook was so good, very flavorful, colorful and the presentation of each dish was good. The breakfast was a slap your mama. The room are cleaned and freshed with a lot of space. The location is not bad you have a shopping center close by. The hotel is self was beautiful a...

"It was a great property on a beautiful beach but a bit secluded from the main area. The staff was absolutely wonderful, kind snd accommodating. There is no food here but there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Great deal for the price."

I visited the Receptionist counter 3 days later to learn about the bracelet, that had been placed on my wrist. I was told that I had an Exoedia 10 % discount in the premises and was instructed to visit the Expdia partner desk for additional information concerning my benefits. The Resort personnel appear to be pleasant when processing vacationers requests for shuttle...

"Beautiful resort and everyone was beyond friendly"

"This location is easy to reach from Negril by West End taxi or by car. The property is spacious, peaceful, and quiet, with a breathtaking ocean view. There’s also a mini market and restaurant right across the road, which is very convenient. My room was very clean and comfortable, with excellent Wi-Fi, a great TV, amazing AC, and a refrigerator. I had a room right in front of the pool, although the pool was closed for cleaning during my stay. There was a small issue with my breakfast not...
