"The food is terrible and I’m being kind! The swim out pool is too cold to use. And the strict 2 beers a day in the mini fridge is ridiculous!!! Never again will I stay at a Royalton resort"

"Great staff from check in to check out. Everything in between! Security on the beach, the waitresses at the restaurant and the bar tenders. The food is always so good too! Location is fantastic on Seven Mile beach. Returning guests and will continue."

"The hospitality was so wonderful. The staff makes you feel comfortable and at home. Very friendly and easy to talk to you. The bartender was very flavorful, made a lot nice drinks and kept the drinks coming and the vibe. The cook was so good, very flavorful, colorful and the presentation of each dish was good. The breakfast was a slap your mama. The room are cleaned and freshed with a lot of space. The location is not bad you have a shopping center close by. The hotel is self was beautiful a...

"We loved our stay. The room was perfect, had a nice porch area, beautiful meals with the beach view. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely stay again, loved every minute :)"

"They don’t have elevators . You have to climb lots of stairs . Everything is a walk . The parking was across the street and down the road . The food was mediocre and mostly American . The good - the beach was awesome and most of the staff were exceptional."

"This resort is amazing and I will definitely return. The room was clean, staff friendly and attentive, my view was the best I’ve ever had. Food was excellent A+++"

"We had ants and other bugs in our room. Every bar in the resort will run out of liquor and wouldn’t replenish till the next day. Excuses were made for being understaff. Some of the personal work alone, especially at the food truck. I wouldn’t recommend."

"Rooms and property were dated. I could not get hot water in shower, changed rooms & still did not get hot water. Shower pressure weak in 2 rooms. I had 4 dinners while in Jamaica, the worst one and most expensive one was at Tree House. Some rooms have been renovated, need to inquire about that. Location on beach great, chairs provided at waterfront. Staff great. Supermarket is right across the street. Free parking very convenient. Pool water was nice & warm."

"Rooms arw very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful. Everyone made me feel very welcome and safe. Thanks all, I highly recommend this place and will be returning."

"I always have the best time staying here. The staff is great and helpful. The place is clean and safe. Can’t wait to come back."

"I would not stay here again. The pictures look much nicer than the resort. There are not two restaurants open on the resort, there is one and you are only allowed to eat between the hours of 8am-10am for breakfast, 12pm-2pm for lunch, and 7pm-9pm for dinner. The bar is open 10am-10pm. The cocktail menu was good but they don't even offer water/soda with the all inclusive package. If you do not get the all inclusive package intend to spend $8-$10 per drink that has the equivalent of about 30 mL of...

"We stayed here for 8 nights for our honeymoon. The room was nice and clean, although they were not straightforward about the room being 2 beds instead of 1 despite paying the $69 room selection fee. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but the higher-ups were not eager to go above and beyond. There was a complication with getting the complimentary honeymoon package and there was no real effort made to resolve it so we got the special honeymoon dinner and that was it. The beach view...

"The location is great. The beach and the water are beautiful. The rooms are large but very dated. Each room has a balcony or porch, which is lovely. The food is OK to good. It was pretty much the same thing all the time, not much variety. And the coffee was just OK. It’s a very small resort and very quiet, which is why I do like it. The grounds are nice, there’s trees and flowers and such, which make it look very appealing. Charlie and the restaurant is very kind and accommodating and gives...

"This location is easy to reach from Negril by West End taxi or by car. The property is spacious, peaceful, and quiet, with a breathtaking ocean view. There’s also a mini market and restaurant right across the road, which is very convenient. My room was very clean and comfortable, with excellent Wi-Fi, a great TV, amazing AC, and a refrigerator. I had a room right in front of the pool, although the pool was closed for cleaning during my stay. There was a small issue with my breakfast not...
