"The hotel was very classy and clean. It was walking distance to manduria Town with nice places to eat nearby at very reasonable prices. Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise. We would return here just because of the wonderful customer service received from them and the lovely hotel of course. "Stunning hotel in a beautiful location! Our room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the expansive gardens. The staff went above and beyond to look after us. Fab pool area, and recommend a massage and swim in the warm spa pool. Dinner was delicious and very good value, so much food! Breakfast definitely worth it, so many options including fruit from the estate. Very much hope to return one day…"

"When I arrived 4pm there no one at the restaurant I have to get the help from coffee shop opposite to call them up and waited half an hour. Later the restaurant reopen til midnight. It was Maundy Thursday the street was packed to enter the church, i couldn’t drive to the castle sq, not a free parking area, I have drive a further 100 m. The room on a narrow back street . Could nt use the tv, depleted battery controller. I was greeted by a handsome young man who can speak English "
