"Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour (3 nuits du 26 au 29 décembre 2025) :
- l'hotel est très mignon et bien situé, facile d'accès et permettant de se déplacer aisément à pieds, en bus, etc ...
- notre chambre (Al Kantara) au second étage était d'une propreté impeccable, calme et très confortable et très joliment décorée.
L'équipe de l'hotel est vraiment très sympathique et accueillante, disponible

"Compact hotel with a decent breakfast (avoid the crowded time). We had to change room after first night and staff were very helpful. Location isn't too bad near the Rato metro and buses to get around Lisbon. Couple of groups were staying at hotel at same time so needed to avoid them at breakfast as room fairly small."

"Contacts were quick and adequate except for the most important one at the end of the stay which went ignored.
the noise from upstairs was clear and close. If you want to rent this apartment, opt for the third floor. Also, the no-refund policy is antiquated and the tv only works if your phone is aligned with the building's wifi.
Other than not staying in a hotel there is really no reason to not stay in a hotel."

"I would like to formally complain about the light switch in the first bedroom which was loosely fitted on the wall. I would also complain about our transfers as they let us down and cost us having to book an extra flight. I would like recompense for this as it was 325 euros. "

"They start serving breakfast at 2 a.m. for those who have early morning flights. We had breakfast at 2 a.m. so the hot items were not available, which is understandable as there were just the two of us having breakfast at that time.
