Hotel muito antigo , muitas coisas a serem renovadas(móveis , infra, acabamentos ) piscina no dia que chegamos água estava verde com algas porém no dia que saímos já estava ok, café da manhã como havia somente uma pessoa de reposição faltava com frequência reposições . E nas foto aparece um que era para ser uma quadra de tênis porém faz anos q deixou de ser praticável conforme a foto

Os quartos são limpos mas as áreas comuns deixam muito a desejar na limpeza, percebe-se uma falta de cuidado com os detalhes. Café da manhã e restaurante excelentes. Piscina estava sendo utilizada para aula de natação então tínhamos que ficar apenas em uma área da mesma ( muito desagradável).

Cardápio é péssimo, teias de aranha no quarto, cheiro de bolor, piscina é destinada a alunos da cidade, quando entramos na piscina a instrutora fica informando que a prioridade é das crianças, internet é péssima, está assistindo filma,cai e não volta com tempo hábil... infelizmente, não voto mais e nem recomendo, pois na hora de pagar a conta, é horrível ver vários hospedes reclamando... é nos oferecido formulários para assentar a reclamação, com certeza é amassado e jogado fora... como disse, não voto mais e nem recomendo.

Poderia ser melhor

O Hotel Serra Alta é muito bom, possui ótima estrutura e atendimento cordial, cafe da manha muito bom e cardápio do restaurante para lanche ou janta bem acessível (preco bom mesmo) alem de boas opções, mas infelizmente tivemos alguns problemas no quarto. Encontramos bastante mofo no box do banheiro, sinais de manutenções não realizadas e outras feitas de forma descuidada. Além disso, não havia controle remoto da TV, e a solução demorou mais do que deveria: primeiro enviaram alguém para procurar no quarto antes de providenciar um novo, o que acabou sendo inconveniente. Apesar desses pontos negativos, o hotel tem potencial e pode oferecer uma estadia excelente se houver mais atenção com os detalhes de manutenção e agilidade na resolução de problemas.

Estacionamento do hotel sem iluminação

O estacionamento do hotel fica na frente do predio do hotel, fica em uma colina portanto não recebe a iluminação pública. E o estacionamento fica totalmente no escuro sem iluminação ao anoitecer. Questionamos e a recepção informou que poderia ser im problema do sensor, o que nao justifica pois nem uma das lâmpadas estava acessa, dificultando nossa saída e manobras com o carro para o encontro com amigos para o jantar!!!!
