Trying to provide

We had reserved the hotel the day before. Unfortunately, when we arrived, our room was not ready. The front desk said we would need to wait for the room to be cleaned, about 30 minutes. Or we had the option to go to the room of the first floor, but we had paid for the upper level room. But we would not be able to use the pool or have anywhere to put our things. After requesting a refund, they were magically able to find a clean room within the room we had paid for. After that everything was wonderful.

Quarto é ótimo mas a fechadura estava enferrujada é difícil uso da chave . O hotel é muito bom e com ótimo potencial porém a equipe precisa urgentemente de treinamento. Desde a recepção até serviço do café e bar na piscina . Tivemos na piscina e não fica ninguém próximo para pedidos, necessitando deslocamento do hóspede atrás do rapaz do bar da piscina . Deixamos o drink final da tarde na espreguiçadeira e de manhã na hora do almoço o copo ainda estava lá como outros . Na chegada, não houve alguém encaminhando ao quarto e tínhamos crianças e malas . No café da manhã, fomos pedir uma tapioca e o rapaz informou que só poderia solicitar da cozinha ( tapioca sala gado ou doce ou omelete ) pq somente teria direito a um pedido da cozinha . A diária não é barata e este valor espera-se um tratamento diferente do que se vê, além de um café da manhã mais completo e diversificado. Os bolos não eram caseiros , e sim pareciam de caixa . Repito, o hotel é estrutura é lindo e com potencial mas escutem críticas construtivas para evoluir e dar ao cliente o que ele merece compatível ao investimento da diária , até pq ligadas de menor tarifa nunca restringiu tapioca em nenhum lugar do Ceará .

Wir waren eine Woche im August als zwei Familien mit 4 Kindern in der Vila Marola. Die Unterkunft ist in traumhafter Lage direkt am Kitestrand gelegen, dort hatte es jeden Tag Starkwind und schöne Wellen. Ungefähr ein Kilometer windabwärts liegt eine Lagune als Flachwasser-Freestyle Spot. Die Eigentümer der Anlage kommen aus Litauen und sind selbst passionierte Kitesurfer und für Sie ist die Anlage kein reines Investment sondern ein Liebhaberobjekt und Sie behandeln die Gäste wie langjährige gute Freunde. Sie haben uns zum Beispiel unser steckengebliebenes Beachbuggy mit Ihrem Pick-Up aus dem Sand gezogen und uns eine Kitebar geliehen als wir unsere verloren hatten. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und das Essen war sehr gut. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Minha primeira estadia no hotel foi em 2021 e tive uma experiência excelente! O hotel é muito bom, os quartos são amplos, confortáveis e tudo é de muita qualidade. Naquela ocasião, fiquei encantada. Voltei agora em julho e, infelizmente, senti que o hotel está um pouco sem os mesmos cuidados. Ao chegar na sexta-feira, a piscina estava com pouca água, suja e com lodo. No sábado, fizeram a limpeza e melhorou um pouco. A hidromassagem estava muito fraca, mal dava para perceber que estava ligada. Outro ponto negativo foi que, no momento da reserva, deixei uma mensagem com algumas observações importantes, mas ao chegar percebi que nenhuma delas foi levada em consideração — e, na verdade, tudo aconteceu ao contrário do que pedi. Mesmo assim, não fiz questão de reclamar. Por outro lado, um ponto muito positivo é que o hotel é pet friendly: os pets têm livre acesso e não há cobrança adicional pela estadia deles, o que valorizo muito. Apesar de alguns pontos negativos nesta última visita, ainda gosto muito do hotel, recomendo e pretendo voltar.

Podia ter sido melhor

O hotel, com sua estrutura, tem tudo para ser espetacular, mas diversas pequenas questões fizeram com que a experiência tivesse perdido qualidade. É sabido que a região venta muito, mas a estrutura de paletas nas portas faz com que uive dentro do quarto de madrugada, sendo difícil de dormir, além de deixar entrar luz. Peças quebradas no quarto, banheiro sem varal, café da manhã apenas regular, atendimento que parecia ainda em treinamento.

A estadia em si, foi excelente, quartos espaçosos, limpos, funcionários simpatiacos, estrutura do hotel excelente, praia na frente ótima, contudo, a comida do restaurante é péssima, com excessão do Café da Manhã que era muito bom, mas almoço e jantar não foi legal. Em contra partida a cidade não tem estrutura para receber turista. Restaurantes fracos e sem opção.

Hotel simples, mas bem honesto! Quartos amplos e confortáveis. Valores do restaurante bem justos pro que oferecem! Teve uma noite de pizza no forno a lenha no bar da praia q foi espetacular. Funcionários atenciosos e solícitos. Agradecimento especial a Andréia, que ficava no restaurante a noite e no bar da praia a tarde - ela é extremamente gentil, simpática e disposta a ajudar. Faz tudo com muito zelo. Fez toda diferença na minha estadia. O atendimento dela foi uma das coisas que mais me agradou nos dias que fiquei. Voltaria a hospedar com certeza.

Foi bom momento, Obs : os cachorros soltos não foi bom paras as crianças, segunda feita o café na foi muito ruim mesmo . Acho que porque só tinha minha família . Mais eram 04 quartos 8 adultos e 6 crianças . Minha observação é que a segunda-feira realmente o padrão caiu em 70% no café da manhã
