Hotel excelente, bem localizado, funcionários bastante prestativos e com a tradicional hospitalidade mineira. Quarto amplo, limpo, sem carpete e com vários ítens de apoio (TV, internet, freezer, micro-ondas, fogão). Próximo do centro (5 minutos a pé). Ótimos restaurantes por perto. Café da manhã muito bom. Bom, mas poderia ser melhor

Ficamos de sábado para domingo. O hotel até que é bom, fácil acesso na cidade, porém ao chegar para fazer o check-in nos foi informado que não havia vaga de estacionamento no hotel, tivemos que deixar o veículo na rua, sendo que a vaga de estacionamento fazia parte daquilo que pagamos quando fizemos a reserva pelo site. No mais o hotel tem uma boa acomodação e um bom café da manhã.

Ótimo custo benefício e localização

Hotel muito bom, localização excelente - bem perto da praça central. Café da manhã foi gostoso, tem uma variedade boa de itens - só faltou um pão de queijo mais saboroso, afinal estamos em Minas Gerais :-) Quando ao quarto, o que foi mais estranho foi o fato de ter um ar condicionado de janela, bem alto, e não ter controle para ligar/desligar, sendo que tive que subir em uma cadeira para fazer isso - pode ser perigoso. Banheiro tem aquecimento central de água, com controle no box, muito bom. Não usamos a parte da cozinha. A TV tem vários canais, excelente. Só faltou ser um pouco maior, de pelo menos 32 polegadas.

Quarto silencioso, limpo, staff muito simpático. O Wi Fi funcionava bem. O único porém é que para ser um flat seria bom ter um forno convencional ou elétrico, só havia 2 bocas de fogão e 1 microondas+ frigobar, e pediam para não fritar/refogar nada, tinha somente 1 panelinha e 1 panela de esquentar leite, então não dava para fazer muita coisa de comida…

Local bem razoável, porém pelo valor da diária, acaba sendo caro, pois é o mesmo valor dos hotéis Gontijo e Amantikir, no qual são hotéis com muito mais conforto. Ou seja, o custo benefício deste hotel está muito caro.

Cortinas da janela estavam sujas. Havia embalagem de sabonete de outro hospede no banheiro. Café da manhã básico. Não havia ferro de passar roupas no quarto e a recepção pouco se importava em saber onde estava o único ferro do hotel. Eu não pretendo voltar a este hotel.
