Uma pena! Mto bem localizado (ao lado do Parque das Águas e a 5 min. de caminhada do comércio e restaurantes) e com mto potencial, mas em situação precária e aparente abandono: quarto mal ventilado, cobertas cheirando a mofo, banheiro com mto limo e mofo, TV de tubo 14" Cineral, ar condicionado que não funciona, chuveiro somente com aquecimento solar (dias nublados e chuvosos não tem água quente), estacionamento localizado em um prédio em construção abandonado que alaga qdo chove, sauna em manutenção e o tapete do corredor e da escada que deve ser o mesmo desde a época da inauguração (tem, com certeza, mais de 50 anos). Pelo valor cobrado, existem melhores opções na área do CENTRAL PARQUE.

Hotel antigo sem manutenção porém limpo. Quarto simples, sem luxo, pequeno mas confortável, quentinho. Roupa de cama limpa, banheiro limpo. Cafe da manhã bom. Pelo preço otimo custo beneficio. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Andeia e fez de tudo pra nos agradar.

Péssima condições!

O hotel é antigo e não tem manutenção de nada. Quartos com colchões e roupas de cama velha, cortinas dos quartos sujas, banheiros horríveis sem manutenção o cheiro de esgoto quando vc toma banho é péssimo. O pessoal que trabalha são simpáticos mas as condições que encontra o hotel e deprimente. Uma pena!

Foi uma experiência horrível eu nunca havia me hospedado em um hotel onde é proibido utilizar secador de cabelos. Imaginem em pleno inverno você se hospeda num hotel e não pode secar os cabelos....
