The worst place in São Paulo! It's a disgusting place! I got to my room and everything was dirty, the towels weren't clean, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Plus, everything is old and in poor condition, the elevator smells like food, and it's very damp. I went downstairs right away to check out, and they promised to give me a refund, but that never happened, and they stole my money.

Teve um funcionários da noite que não atende bem. Dão poucas informações! Um atendente do estacionamento também não atende bem. Tivemos problemas também com elevador. Tive que subir 10 andares a pé, só tinha um elevador funcionando, sendo que tinham três. E ainda elevador pequeno demais.

É a segunda vez que me hospedo no hotel, na primeira fui sozinha e a desta vez foi com minha família! A localização é o ponto central; os quartos são confortáveis com um isolamento bom; tem banheira ( um pouco antiga, mas tem opção do chuveiro). Todavia, eu sugeriria algumas alterações como: a troca da cortina de banho por uma parte de vidro ou outra solução, pq essa cortina ainda de anti-higiênica é pouco efetiva (molhando todo o banheiro); um sistema de canais, pq pegar somente um canal é complicado quando se vai com criança; a manutenção dos elevadores ( pq ele dá muitos trancos e somente dois funcionavam); a variedade no café da manhã ( dois dias seguidos com os mesmos itens- é um café bom, mas poderia ter bolos e sucos diferentes).

Amo me hospedar no centro e não abro mão, apesar da questão da segurança. Até pq hotel antigo é sinônimo da melhor localização. Esse aqui é robusto e o lobby entrega tudo no quesito luxo e beleza, bem estética novela dos anos 80. O café da manhã também é ótimo. Sobre o quarto, o consenso dos comentários está certo: as instalações são velhas. A equipe de limpeza é maravilhosa e fez o melhor que pôde com o quarto. Tive um problema com a banheira vazando, mas trocaram meu quarto e deu tudo certo. Os staffs da recepção são meio lerdos, mas compensam na gentileza e simpatia. Uma cama com enxoval de primeira alivia e salva qualquer aura de "casa de vó" que o quarto possa ter. Fica a dica para o hotel investir onde realmente importa! No geral, vale a hospedagem.

Tivemos uma experiência muito negativa e não nos sentimos seguros durante a hospedagem. Solicitamos limpeza em um dos dias, mas o quarto não foi devidamente limpo, as roupas de cama não foram trocadas, não foi reposto papel higiênico e, ao retornarmos, percebemos que nossos pertences haviam sido mexidos. O guarda-roupa estava remexido e o cofre foi encontrado aberto. Em outro momento, após sairmos do quarto, o cartão de acesso deixou de funcionar novamente, situação que já havia ocorrido antes. Ao retornarmos, notamos indícios de que alguém teria entrado no quarto sem nossa autorização, mesmo sem termos solicitado limpeza ou manutenção. Também percebemos alteração na mala e objetos fora do lugar. A situação gerou grande insegurança, sensação de violação de privacidade e falta de confiança para permanecer no hotel. Por esse motivo, optamos por sair antes do final da reserva e nos hospedar em outro local. Não recomendamos a hospedagem para quem busca segurança, privacidade e tranquilidade. Recomendo muita atenção com pertences pessoais e com o acesso ao quarto.
