The door to the bathroom didn’t work. The safebox didn’t work. We were offered to move rooms but the wifi was not good in the other room so we ended up staying

I have stayed at this hotel over 10 times in the past 10 years and they act like I'm a new customer. The rate that Expedia quoted is NOT the price I paid. The eating area was EXCELLENT, but the shower and bathroom had sitting water and mildew. I did NOT feel like any VIP status and of all the travel I have had around the world, this was NOT the quality for what I paid. Disappointed and after all these years, this will probably be the last time I stay there when I go to Sao Paulo

The rooms and amenities were very old. Lights in the sleeping area didn’t work. Toilet was clogged for 24 hours and despite repeated attempts to get help it stayed clogged until I checked out. Restaurant staff was polite and courteous, food was atrocious. The cook gave zero “F”s and just served what ever. Over cooked cold and just gross. Would not stay again if I had a choice. Front of house very polite, back of house staff and maintenance was horrifying

O aspecto do corredor dos quartos era de um hotel velho, precisando de uma pintura. O barulho no 12o andar é simplesmente inacreditável. O hotel precisa de vidros duplos no quarto.

Péssimo check-in. Dois primeiros quartos estavam com problemas técnicos. Tive que trocar. Em um deles o telefone não funcionava e tive que ir até a recepção. Funcionários despreparados, que nem senha da Internet forneciam. Hotel está ficando antigo e com atendimento ruim.

Me hospedei com minha família (6 adultos em 3 quartos) e fomos super bem atendidos. Na primeira noite, houve muito barulho na rua e fomos remanejados de quarto (o pessoal da recepção que sugeriu). Péssima Experiênica!!

Durante a estadia eu cai na escada da recepção do hotel e fraturei o ombro direto. Os atendentes da recepção e do hotel deixaram a desejar e muito. Não prestaram o devido socorro, NÂO chamaram uma ambulânica, mesmo eu pedindo por Socorro, NÂO fizeram nada, somente me ofereceram gelo pra por no braço. Meu professor que estava comigo foi quem me socorreu chamando um Uber e me levando para o hospital.

Falta o básico.

A localização é boa mas o conforto no geral é bem fraco. Colchões de baixa qualidade e não há nenhuma tomada disponível nas laterais da cama. Hoje em dia isso é terrível e é muito fácil solucionar. A iluminação do quarto também é bem fraca sem controle individual das luzes de cabeceira. Café da manhã também é razoável para fraco. O hotel não é ruim, limpeza boa, quarto grande, banheiro bom, mas é possível encontrar opções bem melhores nessa faixa de preços.
