Hotel bem localizado

Experiência ok mas achei as fotos do site incompatíveis com a realidade, especialmente o banheiro que tinha os azulejos envelhecidos e com limo. A qualidade das toalhas tb poderia ter sido melhor. Mas a equipe é atenciosa e o café da manhã gostoso. Achei um pouco caro pelo que oferece.

It has a good location. But that is it. Nothing more positive to say about. The room is old. The A/C is old and noisy. You hear the plumbing all night. Couid not sleep at all. Staff at breakfast totally slow and reactive. They were only fast to charge. Never again.

The hotel staff is the biggest perk here, they are super friendly. The front desk staff and some of the workers speak great English. I had a great experience every morning going to the breakfast and interacting with the staff there. Food was decent quality. The Pão De Queijo was hit or miss sometimes though, most days they were rock hard because they are left on a heated surface all morning. The shower was really tiny also but the rest of the room was great. Big bed, great view.

A localização não é grande coisa (fica longe do metrô) e numa região com poucas opções para ir à pé. A internet do hotel é de péssima qualidade e se você estiver à trabalho, desista!

Very small rooms. Awful gym (actually three fitness machines, one didnt worked). Very bad internet. Leaking bathrooms and greasy food. The staff are nice but there are so many problems at the hotel they can do very littel.

Hotel com localização interessante, aproximadamente 15min do parque do Ibirapuera. Café da manhã com um preço bem salgado. Almoço vale a pena o valor, são opções saborosas e diversificadas. O hotel aparenta ser antigo, instalações não são 5 estrelas, mas é um bom hotel, padrão Mercure.

Tudo ocorreu conforme o previsto. Fiz a reserva para hospedar minha mãe, que tem 83 anos e de acordo com seu relato, não houve qualquer problema durante o período. Foi tratada com atenção, as instalações são bastante adequadas e limpas.

Tive problemas com o cartão do quarto principalmente ao usá-lo no elevador para chegar ao andar do apartamento. As paredes do corredor do meu andar estavam descascando, como se estivessem com mofo. A piscina é bem pequena. E no quarto, eu não gostei da disposição do banheiro que ficava ao lado da cama.

Estadia tumultuada

Pontos negativos: Infelizmente não tive muita sorte, pois o vizinho de porta ( morador, alugava como flat) fez barulho a madrugada inteira, durantes os 5 dias que hospedei no local, com gritos e batidas de porta. - o carpete do quarto estava com cheiro. - A porta do quarto não possuía aquela trinca de segurança. Pontos positivos: A equipe foi muito gentil e o serviço de limpeza também. Não posso falar do café da manhã pois não experimentei. A localização perto do parque Ibirapuera.
