The front desk stuff was nice, but I was there with a group of people from a TV reality show that took my privacy. They were rude and noisy plus one day, they didn't allowed my room service to be done, all hallway was dark including safety lights was turned off, If you need I have a video to prove the situation.

O quarto é espaçoso e muito limpo, e o atendimento foi bom durante a estadia. A localização é boa, com fácil acesso e bom funcionamento de serviços como iFood. Como pontos de melhoria, o café da manhã é simples para o valor da diária. A máquina de cappuccino estava em manutenção e, ao questionar se havia outra opção (como cappuccino em pó), a colaboradora apenas informou que estava em manutenção, sem se dispor a buscar alternativa. Outro ponto importante foi o acesso ao hotel. O estacionamento é pago à parte e fica dentro de um shopping em processo de desativação. Ficamos subindo e descendo andares do shopping vazio, sem informações, inclusive com criança, até encontrarmos um escritório onde um guarda explicou como acessar o hotel. Mesmo assim, não foi oferecida a possibilidade de uso do elevador do local, e tivemos que dar a volta novamente, o que tornou a chegada cansativa. Após conseguirmos estacionar o carro em frente ao hotel, o acesso ficou bem mais fácil. Fora esses pontos, a estadia correu bem.

O cardapio do cafe da manhã era bom, variado. Hotel limpo, bem localizado. O atendimento foi excelente, funcionarios gentis e educados. O estacionamento é pago a parte, nada exorbitante, mas deveria ser avisado no site. Em todo caso, recomendo com empenho.

Se já foi um hotel, não é mais: muito menos merecedor de mais de 2 ESTRELAS! Trata-se de um prédio atualmente usado por uma série de empresas de serviço, coligado a um shopping literalmente abandonado dede a pandemia, onde somente dois andares realmente hospedam… Estes, precisando de uma reforminha urgente! Não há restaurante, bar, nada! Somente o “lobby inicial”, meio sem razão de ser, e um balcão de check in… Ah, o quarto também está precisando de reforma: banheiro mínimo, chuveiro com pouca água, e tv também estava sem funcionar! Enfim, se se está de carro, precisando dormir à beira da rodovia, poderia até passar, desde que não se anunciasse 4 ESTRELAS, a FOTO daquele prédio todo que não pertence ao hotel, onde se imagina, bar, restaurante, até mesmo banheira, sauna ou piscina… Enfim, um DESASTRE!
