"The beds were comfortable.
Sadly I felt many things were tired the towels (only one shower towel provided we had to use hand towels), the two frying pans were crumbling away and I feel not fit for purpose.
A general feeling of a spring clean is due, especially in draws, also the rugs in the living rooms are hazardous as the non slip backing is worn out.
The character of the chapel is fabulous. "

"Lovely little bolt hole next to a great pub. The bed was very comfy and the shower was amazing. The outside seating is overlooked by the main road and due to roadworks it was a bit too busy with standing traffic to sit outside. The pub next door was very good and we enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast the next day."

"At check in I asked for walks in the area from the accommodation and the lady said she didn’t know. I would expect the customer services dept to be able to provide that information. I would also expect to be taken to the room rather than pointed in the right direction.
Room good as expected for price - disappointing no mirror in bedroom and not good ventilation in bathroom. Milk not provided for tea in room.
Restaurant on a sunny Saturday afternoon- plates and glasses weren’t cleared away which...

"I had a lovely stay here with my mum. We had the siena suite and it was exceptionally clean and as per the photos. Was really nice to have the terrace and kitchenette aswell. We recieved a warm welcome from friendly staff who helped us up to the suite with our bags. Great central location and well priced too. Would definitely recommend!"
