"Remote check ins just don’t work and without a reception it took more than 30 minutes to locate someone to fix our broken key for our unit access. Told that parking wasn’t available (although included in price) and had to park in open lot near the beach about 100m away, while a resort tradie has his truck parked undercover beside our unit. Only onsite dining was closed on a Tuesday and had to drive to find dining options. Not what you expect for a ‘Resort’ in the middle of the holiday period!!"

"The room was a 1 bedroom. Very clean very soft and comfortable bed. Laundry machines worked great. Lots of wallabies and kookaburras on the property. Nice pool and beach. "

"This was a great option for the CBD. It was walkable to eateries and some shops. It is on a major highway/street in and out of town so use the crosswalks and perhaps carry a torch at night. The front desk staff was very nice and the parking areas were sufficient."

"Great location, simple accommodations but provided everything you needed. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Has a pool and the beach and marina are a short walk. Restaurants nearby is a plus."

"The first room we were assigned seemed like it hadn't been used in a very long time. It smelled, light bulbs missing, remotes to TVs were dead, AC didn't work. They were full but Maddie at the front desk got us a new room which was perfect! Thank you, Maddie for taking care of us. Beautiful property and lots to do there."

"A good location, easy walk to possibly coffs best beach, and not that far to the jetty strip. Check in had a slight hitch when no one answered the phone or intercom for a short while. The main downside was our stay was quite noisy, children yelling in the hall way sounded like in your room at times"
