"Convenient location and a really nice onsen. It gets very crowded, it has a very small gym, and only 3 combination washer/dryers for the entire building. The laundry can get really lined up as a regular sized load takes 2 hours to complete, and may not be fully dry. The breakfast has a good selection, but the food is average buffet food. The noise really carries in the hotel as well, we could hear the people speaking clearly from the next room while we were trying to sleep. "

"The room was larger than what we expected. Shower is great. Took advantage of the breakfast buffet on the last day and wished we took advantage of it earlier. Food was good, especially where there was all you can eat Ikura! We liked the location as it was near the train station so it was easy to get to other locations and the airport. Next time we go to Sapporo we will stay there again."

"Location of the hotel is perfect. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area and you don't have to go outside if it's very cold. Hotel can use an update but all in all very clean "

"Excellent hotel in a very convenient location. It's only a 20min walk or 10min subway trip from Sapporo station with great food and entertainment all around it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean with a good sized shower/tub and having an in room laundry machine was very convenient. I didn't eat at the hotel since there are so many restaurants around it but the dining area looked nice."

"It was beside the train station which has a lovely shopping mall attached. I really appreciated that the breakfast buffet had basic allergy labeling."
