"The reception, check-in process, guidance snd recommendations, reservation of a shuttle to the Sapporo Station, knowledge professionalism of staff stood out. Hotel was just a 3 minute walk to the Nishi Juitchome station Subway line that connect to Nanboku and Toho lines at the Odori Station. The tram station is just a minutes walk from the hotel. A very convenient, accessible and excellent hotel."

"The hotel is well located at the centre of Sapporo Station area. It directly connected to the underground passage to Sapporo Central St. Even under snowy weather, we can move to the station without hassling."
