"The staff are very courteous. The hotel is very near JR line Sapporo station, exit through #9 but if you have luggage there's no lift so exit by the North gate of Sapporo station. The hotel is 2 stations away from Susukino and 1 station away from Odori Park. There are many selection for the breakfast. Toiletries - get it at the lobby. No free drinking water They do daily room cleaning. Very near to Sapporo station."

"Very comfortable stay with clean and well-equipped rooms. They had shoe dryers, air purifier/humidifier, pants press, and even a washer/dryer in the room. Room also came with a kitchenette. Location of hotel is also excellent with close proximity (less than 5 minutes) to Tanukikoji, and Odori station."
