All staff were super nice and attentive. Hotel itself is very clean and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. Also it’s very conveniently located at the sapporo station! Only 5 mins away when u get off from the JR train. Also is connected to Daimaru, Tokyu, and Stellar! definitely will come back!

This is a top notch property with all the bells and whistles. There is a men’s and women’s onsen on the 22nd floor with additional for spa services, such as massages and so forth. The staff is very professional and knows their trade well.
