"Many positives but one deal killer. Both the 2nd and 3rd evenings we returned to find the door unlocked and not latched. The door did not latch when left to close by itself, we found that you have to pull it shut manually to get it to latch/lock. We informed the front desk the first night and emphasized how important it was to us to know that our room is locked. I think the housekeeping staff does not realize this latching issue so it wasn’t latched closed when they finished. This is partially a maintenance issue - hopefully this is not a problem with all their doors. But nevertheless the staff should be advised that they need to ensure doors are locked when they are done. Despite many positives we will not be staying there in the future due to this issue."

I got some lysol spray and even some of my perfume just to tolerate the smell enough to go to sleep. It was late when we got into the room and too tired to pack things back up again to even ask to move rooms. "
