The only noise was from.other guests closing doors or chatting in the corridor. Bed was comfy but the pillows were terrible. Lumpy. I asked for a firmer pillow but that was worse. I was not offered my free bottle of wine or offered an upgrade as part of the Hotels.com reward scheme which was disappointing."
