"I booked a King Studio,mainly because there was a sliding door with a big private outdoor patio,with table and chairs.It was our 50th Anniversary, and my husband loves to sit outside.We checked in, went to the room,and there was no slider,no private courtyard as pictured when I booked.We were on the front of the building,on the street side,with a driveway next to us AND the steps to the second floor. Two chairs out front.Extremely dissappointing ...went to the desk,questioned it and was told we were in a King Studio and the ones Expedia showed me were in the back and already taken. If I had to request a room like the one I thought I booked,I would have done it.Our first time there...and this. Don't know if the mistake was Expedia's or the hotel.The place was clean,staff very nice,but this put a damper on the weekend."

"Overall, the stay was great and the property has an amazing location with excellent amenities. The beach and pool are literally steps away, which is what makes this place so enjoyable. There were only two downsides during our stay. First, the TV in the room does not support WiFi or streaming services like Netflix, and the available channels are very limited. Normally this would not be a huge issue because most of your time is spent enjoying the beach and pool. However, on a rainy day when you may want to relax indoors and watch something, it can get pretty boring very quickly. The second issue is not directly with the property itself, but with the beach umbrella and chair service associated with it. The service only operates from 9:15 AM to 5:00 PM, and at 5 PM the staff removes all chairs and umbrellas regardless of whether guests are still using them. Considering this is a paid service and not tip-based, I believe it should remain available later into the afternoon so guests can continue enjoying the beach comfortably. Other than those two points, the place is excellent and I would still recommend it for the location and overall experience."
