Being on the marina was a plus. Breakfast was also a great perk. Didn't enjoy the adjoining restaurant allowing smokers in common eating areas. Made for an undesirable dining experience.

View is nice on your in a waterfront room. The room however stinks to high heaven. Like mold and mildew. Mattress needs to be replaced as it has a big divot in it. Rusty door handles, hinged and fixtures.

This is a well maintained low key motel setting, made hotel, on a marina. Marina board walk is new. Hotel is very cozy and restaurant is good and lobby area is a good spot to enjoy games with your kids or just have a cup of coffee. Free hot breakfast!! Definitely a low key hidden gem.. We will stay again!!

Staff was wonderful! Pool was out of service and we didn’t know that until we booked in at 9pm ! Could use some type of dehumidifiers in the rooms as EVERYTHING was wet! Clothes from day one trip never dried for 7 days! “Elaine” from New Jersey gat the breakfast section was WONDERFUL!! What a sweetheart!

Waterfront room view was perfect. 💯 Siomaris & Lisbeth - Reception, were phenomenal! Leidy - Housekeeping, awesome! Francis & Randy - Maintenance, beautiful people! Emily - Bartender, was perfect! Kim, Linda(?) & one other bartender need customer service training, imo. All 3 were challenging in their demeanor. The only other downside was the uncovered smoking areas. Non-smoking was covered, smoking was NOT, which is important because it rains almost daily in Sarasota. Oh, the breakfast spread was great!

Hotel could really use some updates in the rooms and pool area. Breakfast staff was really nice. Having the docking for our boat was a plus which is why we rented here so I would stay here again mainly for that purpose. It was convenient.

Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The on-site bar and restaurant were very convenient, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the bathroom could use some updating, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend this hotel to others.
