The parking lot was spacious, which was great. However, there were no staff in the morning, and I didn’t know what to do for checkout. I had to leave by 6:30 for my next appointment, so it was quite troublesome. When I entered the room, I was surprised to find a new refrigerator still in the cardboard box right in the middle of the room. I was tired from driving and wanted to sleep right away, so I left it as it was, but it was an unacceptable situation.

Great deal! For the price we paid, this was an excellent choice, the room was very clean with all the essentials. The place was very quiet although the property is located on a main road. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and courteous. The check out staff was very efficient and nice (I can’t say the same thing about the person in charge of our check in……maybe because we arrived on Christmas Eve….). Overall this place is great!

Everything was ok, it wasn’t super clean. Crumbs on couch and counter, hair on different areas on bathroom. Some of the dishes were not clean thoroughly. The only thing that did bother me was the shower drain was clogged. Every time the water would rise a lot, I had to turn off and on water whenever I used it. I even bought drano and it still didn’t unclog it. The price was really good and although some stuff need to be updated and fix properly overall it wasn’t terrible neither that great just average.

I love the old Florida retro feeling from growing up in Florida in the 60’s & 70s. It was my second time here in the last couple of years. I felt safe & secure & it’s close to the airport. The only reason I didn’t give a full five stars was that cleaning was quite up to a good standard. The floors could have been better swept & mopped. Housekeepers were very nice, though!

The suite was not very clean—stained walls, furniture, hair, and dust everywhere. The dishes provided were not clean. Looked very different from the pictures provided online. Furniture was run down, shelves were rusted. Pool said it was open until 9pm but locked early every night. Iron for clothes didn’t work well.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked two family members who were traveling down from Ohio two separate rooms based on "good" reviews from Expedia. When they arrived after driving all day from Ohio, I was informed that they found bedbugs in the corner of the mattress and both rooms smelled of mildew. The second room had a bare light switch exposed in the bathroom, and the toilet would not flush. After speaking with the front desk, my family members were told they would be refunded, since they were not comfortable staying there and had to go to a different hotel up the street. My brother was told the refund would appear in a couple of days. No refund was ever issued. Expedia was also no help and said the property refused to refund the rooms. $800 wasted because this hotel refused a refund on rooms that are not inhabitable. Disgusting and unethical.
