The room and bedding were clean and odor free, but the finishes were worn and there was minor damage. The staff was courteous and helpful, however there wasn't a physical person at the front desk. Casey Key Resorts - Mainland
The front desk lady who checked me in wasn’t very welcoming. She didn’t explain the properties amenities. I had to play 100 questions with her about what was where and what there was to do, The website made it appear more beachy than it is. Service is slow.
