"Great property - I wouldn’t say it’s kept as clean as it could be - there were muddy footprints outside the elevator when we arrived and three days later hey were still there. The room was comfortable and clean - housekeeping doesn’t replenish unless you ask, apparently. HVAC is extremely loud so it cycles off and on all night which isn’t ideal if you are a light sleeper, but overall a nice hotel and we would stay again knowing what to expect."

"Centrally located and within walking distance of Downtown Sarasota. Room was clean and comfortable. Dinner in the lobby lounge was excellent for both the service and food. I would stay there again. "

"Our 12th floor suite was spacious and well appointed. The views were wonderful to. House keeping was efficient and attentive to our coming and going. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast as well. I was surprised by the parking fee, which I didn't know about in advance. But there was plenty of parking available and no in out fees or valets to tip. The bar and dinner service were very good as well."

"It was convenient to everything downtown-just a few blocks away. The bar was swamped every night so hard to get a happy hour drink or bites but otherwise great!"

"Allowed an early check in 👍 Had a really cool poolside room with a curtained patio. We spent all afternoon poolside with drinks from great bartender. Only downside was we came back from dinner/drinks @10:30 pm and power was out on the whole block 😔outside their control. Management was accomodating to this issue."

"Staff was indifferent, was on a personal phone call for 5 minutes before he acknolged I was standing at the counter in front of him. He put the phone down for a second asked me my name and proceeded to pick up his personal phone call while processing my check in. There was vomit in the ONLY elevator. Breakfast area was too small for the amount of people. Parking was easy."

"We walked into the room and left 5 minutes later. Because I booked through expedia, the hotel and expedia refused no REFUND. I lost $600.00 and had to book $800.00 airbnb. One hour in Florida and had to deal with this. Hair and stains on the bed and box spring, smelled horrible, looked like some threw up cabbage in the bathroom garbage. I never felt so uncomfortable. Always book hotels through them personally and on a credit card to help get a refund. I've been using expedia for 20 years but...

"Frühstück war sehr gut. Tolles selbstgebackenes Bananenbrot und viele eigene herstellte Produkte wie Erdnussbutter und Co. Alles waren immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich wirklich wohl. Die Zimmer waren super und sehr großzügig groß. Einziger Punkt war, dass es etwas hellhörig zum Nebenzimmer war durch die Durchgangstür. Jedoch alles in einem tolles Hotel und absolut empfehlenswert. Der Dutchman Laden gegenüber ist so toll zum shoppen und co. "

"Worst stay. The rooms smell terrible, as if they are not being cleaned and the linens are not being washed. The air conditioner filter is also extremely dirty, like it hasn’t been replaced in a very long time. There were even cockroaches on the pillowcases. Not recommended."

"When you first walk in, you are greeted by the smell of old building. The place definitely needs a total renovation. There was signage for smoke free facility and walking up the stairs you could smell marihuana all over the stairs and hallway. The ceiling tiles were stained. Then in the room the plumbing needed some assistance with flushing and sink drainage, the shower had hair from previous guests. I could go on and on. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
