"The property is in a great location, it's very clean and spacious. There's pool towels, snack machines and even coffee and tea provided in the office lobby. There's a shuttle that you can call to take you down to the siesta key beach strip that makes going to and from the area in high traffic times a breeze. It's really a great place. My low rating is due to the horrible mattress. I understand wear but this was one that should have been thrown away years ago. I couldn't sleep on it and just my 4...

"The beach is perfectly clean and very close, no seaweed. The ocean is so warm and beautiful. The local bus which they call trolley is free to use. We landed at Sarasota International Airport that is closer than Tampa. It is beautiful to see everything around you. Beautiful Florida. Owners should make clear that guests don’t have to go to a different property to check in. Online registration is annoying. Our room was clean and a new unit. My son picked up an ear infection in the pool."
