"The property is in a great location, it's very clean and spacious. There's pool towels, snack machines and even coffee and tea provided in the office lobby. There's a shuttle that you can call to take you down to the siesta key beach strip that makes going to and from the area in high traffic times a breeze. It's really a great place. My low rating is due to the horrible mattress. I understand wear but this was one that should have been thrown away years ago. I couldn't sleep on it and just my 4...

"We asked 2 questions thru expedia and hotel never responded to us. The front desk is not in.the same building. We didnt get the link to register. We ended up going to the front desk which is 1 mile from this property. The front desk lady told us that the messages from Expedia are not sent to them and they dont have any guests information to be able to.contact the guests. Also I called them several times and they didnt answered the phone."
