"Great place beautiful pool actually they have 2 pools. The place was clean and updated perfect size for us. But the best thing about it was the white beach sand and the sea green ocean!!!!"

"The people at the Captive Resort were so warm and friendly. We arrived early, and they suggested we grab lunch and come back after to see if the room had been cleaned. We were able to check in a bit early, and the room looked and smelled clean.
We had a parking spot very close to our room, which made it easy to unload our bags. We never had any trouble finding a parking space near our room on the property.

"The property is in a great location, it's very clean and spacious. There's pool towels, snack machines and even coffee and tea provided in the office lobby. There's a shuttle that you can call to take you down to the siesta key beach strip that makes going to and from the area in high traffic times a breeze. It's really a great place. "We asked 2 questions thru expedia and hotel never responded to us. The front desk is not in.the same building. We didnt get the link to register. We ended up going to the front desk which is 1 mile from this property. The front desk lady told us that the messages from Expedia are not sent to them and they dont have any guests information to be able to.contact the guests. Also I called them several times and they didnt answered the phone."
