"All was good"

"Room very clean and well maintained staff was very helpful and friendly very accommodating to me in my wheelchair. The breakfast was out of this world. I would stay there 1 million times just for the breakfast. The air conditioner was wonderful no problems. Very great vacation."

"Not the cleanest or most maintained, but it's still good for the price. Everyone was very nice and the breakfast had a wide variety of options, which is appreciated. Our only complaint really is a lot of light comes in the room from outside and its all night long. If you or your kids need a dark room to sleep, this may not be the property for you. We didn't sleep good."

"This is the LOUDEST hotel I have ever stayed at. We could hear every door slam because that’s the only way they shut. We heard every footsteps above and beside us and in the hall way. Every car outside. Even the people upstairs voices. Miserable. Didn’t sleep at all. Not recommended."

"If you’re ok with bleached blood stains on your sheets, and/or odd stains on your shower curtain, then this place is for you. I regret not paying more and staying somewhere nicer. Lesson learned."

"Close to Ole Miss and was perfect for our campus visit. It’s also convenient for The Square as well. Spacious room, nice size fridge, microwave and some dishes. Pillows were really soft, which we didn’t really like, so I’d recommend you bring your own. I would return to this hotel in the future."

"Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The floor in the room was covered in bobbie pins. Residue on the night stands. Wheel broken off on the desk which made it almost fall over. Carpet looked like it hadn’t been swept in years. Pool was a green color and so dirty you couldn’t see bottom. Trash on the bottom of the pool."

"This was amazing value for such a nice, clean and modern hotel. A 10 minute walk to the main square, but worth it value wise."

"The beds were hard and you could hear everything in the others rooms. People’s conversations, late night, people running down the hall with no respect. The toilets were so loud when flushing, you could hear other rooms. There is some green light in the room, maybe that is a Mississippi requirement but it was so bright at night in the room."

"Luckily I only stayed for one night. I was tired of driving and it was close to the interstate. This was, honestly, the worst hotel that I had ever stayed. Dirty, dirty, dirty, staff barely present. I won't make that mistake again"

"Quiet, clean"

"Didn’t like that parking was not included, coffee was not free, charge for breakfast. First room door would not open and came with tub, even tho I booked a non smoking with shower. Second room definitely had a smoker in it, cleaning lady gave me a can of air freshener and said bring it back. Pretty expensive for what was offered, but Oxford is ridiculously expensive."

"The Staff was excellent. However, for a new property there are issues. First of all, it was clear by the lingering smell a dog had lived in my room before my arrival. The smell of urine remained present. Also, a couple of the fixtures in my room were broken. Maintenance's attempts to repair the issues (eg broken toilet paper roll) was not helpful. The breakfast options are very limited. No, fresh or hot food options, other than make your own waffles. Everything looked like it came out...
