"We loved our stay at the Illasi Dream Rooms. The house is situated perfectly by the village center, and there is a huge free parking lot nearby. The space is beautifully decorated and in perfect condition, equiped with everything we required. And Elisa was the most wonderful host, very responsive and available for all our questions. "Rooms clean and beautifully decorated with large bathroom and powerful shower . We barely saw any staff during our stay as communication mostly by WhatsApp and phone . One office where staff seem to be based and we didn’t see anyone in evenings . No breakfast available at all . Excellent housekeeping service for room. Location great but the experience felt quite impersonal overall . I had mentioned my husband’s birthday on check in form but there was no acknowledgement or gesture regarding this ( they did ask if any special occasion ). Ask for mattress topper as bed extremely hard without it . Lovely rooms but I would prefer a hotel with staff a little more visible . "
