"I felt the rooms were clean but the renovation in the hotel was a bit more the I understood. "

"We have our dog with us and because of that often we are relegated to a scuzzy room ,WELL not here. The room was well appointed and clean , nice tiling on the floor and smelled good. Staff helpful and friendly, went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was excellent lots of choices. Parking excellent. Lots of green space for the dog. Quiet , slept well. Beds comfy. Easy access to highway 1. We would highly recommend the Pilgrims Inn. 5 stars for us."

"Beautiful historic hotel right in the middle of town. Lovely room and super friendly and helpful staff. Didn’t have a chance to eat at the restaurant but multiple people told me it was very good. The room I stayed in was spacious and very comfortable. Had a great sleep in the king sized bed."

"Room did not match the photos accompanying the website viewed while making the reservation. Those photos showed a full size fridge and a toaster. There was only the usual mini-fridge and no toaster. Not a big deal, but still... not exactly honest. There was a hair stuck to the bathroom sink. A little careless. Maybe the cleaning staff are overworked. Front desk staff were nice, professional, no problem there."
