"The stay was great. However neighborhood is rough. I wish there would’ve been more information ahead of time - there is an adjacent parking lot to the hotel that I paid for as it appears to be part of the hotel. However not only was it not, the staff quickly told me that it was a dangerous part of town and that they recommended not leaving my vehicle in that lot. Unfortunately I had to pay twice for parking as a result of my mistake but I was glad the staff was so upfront of the petty crime surrounding the hotel."

"There needs to be better television in the rooms. Basic cable with no Netflix type of options is just unacceptable. With the existing tv service, I found it to be less than adequate. The channels I finally decided to view were not available. There needs to be a better, advanced system so customers can enjoy an evening in the room when the day is done."
