"This is a busy hotel. We have stayed here many times over the years. The hotel is starting to show signs of wear. Our room had many patches on the walls that were unpainted. The bathroom amenities were missing and the kitchen utensils were also missing. Staff was happy to give replacements though."

"The washroom floor was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There were splatters of coffee (?) on the floor that were impossible to not notice. MORE IMPORTANTLY: I left a $60 item in the room. I know EXACTLY where it was when I left it, yet when I phoned the hotel to ask if I could pay to have it shipped to me, the answer was that no such item was found.
