"It's really hard to believe that you can walk into a Hilton Lobby and be met with stifling heat. It was a hot day outside but the lobby was worse. I asked the staff about it and they said yes the air conditioning needed to be fixed but the owners weren't going to do anything about it. The halls are hot, the elevators are hot. "I had an excellent day at the Hampton Inn in Morgan Hill. The best part was the staff. Lauren, and all of the other staff members, went out of their way to be helpful and considerate.
