One of happiest and most memorable holidays to date, thanks in no small part to this wonderful hotel! We felt we had one of the best rooms in the hotel (on the 2nd floor with a large balcony looking towards the beautiful valley and mountains beyond), and the room provided everything we needed. The bed was particularly large and comfortable and had no end board (important for me, being 6’3”!). We took half board, and the food was of a consistently high quality. We particularly loved the salad...

Lovely hotel, lovely location, lovely staff. Wifi was patchy but maybe not such a bad thing for a retreat holiday! 😉

Brilliant location for exploring Lake Lucerne and getting to the Stoos funicular. Breakfast was more than adequate, the staff were just lovely.

The Mountain View from the the dinner table was amazing , food delicious Did find the mattress was to soft for me also the pillows

Apart from the shower leaking water out as the filter was blocked it was a perfect room and so close to the Abbey

Here’s a polished hotel review you can use: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, a clean environment, and a memorable experience. I will definitely be...

Wonderful location for a relaxing vacation

We had a fantastic experience, every member of the hotel team were amazing.

The hotel was in an excellent central location not only were there bus stops close by but the main train station was within easy walking distance. Our double bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and Marco the breakfast assistant was polite and attentive. The amenities were all excellent and the only thing missing was a fridge in the room which is why I only gave 4 and not 5 stars .

Absolutely wonderful stay with 2 kids, stunning views, hotel, spa, food, things to do, walks etc, what’s not to like!
