"The location was great - close to the red, green, and orange lines and various buses on State Street and Michigan Avenue. I heard no noise from the hall. The noise from outside was buffered by the running the room fan. All staff I interacted with were delightful. My only complaint was that they shut off our water one night without any advance notice and didn't give us any water to use for drinking or brushing teeth, etc. I felt like that could have been dealt with better but the other days...
