"Staff are all friendly and helpful. One guy in housekeeping was especially nice, getting us towels because we used all ours at the amazing pool.
The building is showing its age, but it’s well-maintained. The outdoor pool is fun, and the tables were always open for a quick meal and drinks while the kids splash around.
Location is unbeatable for transit. BART station and all the rental car companies within a block or two. That makes it a great home base to explore all of Northern California.
The hotel is close to everything Union Square has to offer, and I have to say the Square hasn’t looked this clean and busy since before the pandemic."
