"The apartment is good for a short stay in Paris. It is near the central Paris sites and well-connected to the Metro. The size is adequate for 2 people. The only down side is that there isn't much natural light or any view, as it's located within the central courtyard on the building's ground floor. There were some minor maintenance issues (burnt-out lights, shower head that sprayed all over), but we appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit. "

"Property is in good condition, location is very good with easy access to subway stations. Property manager is responsive to calls and gives a quick tour of the apartment on the first day which is helpful. However, the bathroom has a lingering repugnant, sewage-like smell that can spread to the whole room which is very frustrating. It became worse and worse as the stay continued (we stayed for a week). It made the experience rather unpleasant. Overall, would recommend if the bathroom smell...
