Rooming system (I found my bed was already used by someone else, before I asked for another bed). 2. Maintenance (The luggage bin beneath my bed was broken, couldn't close firmly). 3. Cleanliness (The toilet needed a more periodic cleaning before it stank) 4. Signage (Some people may have difficulty to find the entrance door the first time).
