The staff were lovely and the room was comfortable, the only thing letting the property down was the lift, it squeaked loudly every time somone used it, no matter what floor it was going to. This started at 4am this morning, 6am yesterday. Location was good. Room service was prompt, but limited to re-heated pots."

AC / clima system didn’t work properly, the room got very hot in the night and there was no possibly to cool down. The fan was only making a loud noise but there was no air actually coming out. Positive part was that the room was clean and water boiler and a Nespresso machine were available. "

"The male receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. Almost threw my phone back at me after fixing a problem that he had caused. Then told us there were restaurants 200 metres away. One was spud-u-like (or similar) the other was in the rugby stadium. Internet connection didn’t work as intended nor did lift security. Breakfast was very limited - if things ran out they didn’t replace them, and the server started clearing things away half an hour before finishing time. We had stayed at campanile in Le Mans the night before - great experience there, very different to what we experienced in Clermont. "
