"Clean friendly"

"Las instalaciones son perfectas pero no cumplen lo anunciado. Tomé la decisión de alojarme en este hotel por te e cargadores eléctricos para auto y resultó que aun cuando llamé anticipadamente para consultar la disponibilidad de un cargador de tipo J1772 y confirmarme que lo tenían, no era verdad. Por lo que tuve que ir a otros lugares a cargar mi vehículo por seis días y eso me representó pérdida de tiempo y de casi 200 USD en cargas"

"The hotel was very clean. No weird smells even though pet friendly. This was my second stay at this location and 3rd at Home2 Suites. The rooms were nice with fridge and microwave and plenty of towels. Comfortable beds and pillows. I really appreciate the coffee, water and tea in lobby. Breakfast was good. I did not try the pool. Not enough parking, if lot is full you have to park in garage on first floor. I would stay again. Thanks!"

"The room was very clean with updated decor and paint. The lobby was nicely maintained. The elevator had an odor (the one that worked). Pool was very clean. Location was the best part. The hotel is part of a community that includes restaurants, entertainment, and you are 5 minutes from and very clean beach."

"The staff was welcoming and clean. The beds were very comfortable and nice size. Would definitely come back and recommend and another plus is you are so close to good restaurant and BUC-EES!!!! Can't beat that!!!"

"The cleanness of the room could have been better. We had bugs in the bathroom crawling up the mirror. There was a flea in the bed. From that point on, I was not too happy with the room. It also had hair on the bathroom vanity. However, the night staff was great during check-in. The breakfast was great! Parking was convenient. The police officer or patrol officer on duty was not friendly. He didn't greet or smile at customers. Instead, he looked mean. Even if you spoke to him, he still had an...

"Water pressure in shower was amazing. We had handicap room with plenty of grab bars. Brought our little mini pini dog as well. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit. Pool and hot tub were nice. Would definitely stay again."

"The room was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there were huge cracks in the bathroom counter and floor - which was quite unsightly. Also, there was a vent directly above the toilet which gathered condensation after the AC ran for some time and then started dripping water droplets straight down into the commode, which was a rather uncomfortable experience for anyone trying to use the toilet."
