The hotel now charges for parking, which they have never done before. They initially put me in an accessible room, and I am not handicapped. The shower in the accessible room was clogged, so the water was already to my ankles by the time I got in the shower. When I requested a room change, the front desk associate gave me the key card to a room that was currently occupied. Once I was switched to a vacant room the pillows were dirty, and the associate had only activated the key for one night even though my stay was longer. The same front desk associate that gave me a key card to someone else’s room had locked the automatic doors in the front of the hotel at night and I had to bang on the door to get his attention to unlock the door, since he was in the back room and not at his post at the front desk. In addition, there were only two elevators and one was out of service and the other was constantly shaking.
