"The room was clean and orderly. No wash cloths and the soaps were not hypoallergenic. Lovely shower though. Great coffee. Friendly staff. The food was pretty good at Bar Bibi, and the drinks were delicious. Ordered a burger using room service and it was very, very salty and overcooked for the exorbitant price. Lots of great restaurants a stone’s throw away. Disappointed the pool wasn’t open in the morning for a quieter swim. "

"The hotel is in a great location, but it's showing its age; don't expect anything fancy. One of the elevators was clearly not working correctly and caused a lot of anxiety among guests. Mentioned this to the front desk and nothing was done. Also, the people at the front desk were not unpleasant, but they rarely acknowledged me when I walked through the lobby.
