When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been.
When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to 220 finally to 196. The only reason that I got 196 is the staff don't want Expedia to call them for the whole night. And she threatened me if I contact Expedia that night, she won't let me check in (actually I dont understand what is the point she was saying that and kept me in that tiny box like a prisoner for half an hour, anyway if I am refused checked in, or if I am asked to pay higher price, for sure I contact Expedia.)
Besides all of that check-in issue, the quality of the place does not deserve the price I paid. Probably it is due to the high-demand for that particular weekend.
