"STAFF WAS EXCELLENT!THEY WERE VERY CONSCIENTIOUS ,HELPFUL,FRIENDLY AND PROACTIVE WHEN INTERACTING WITH ME.MORE THAN ONCE THEY CHECKED ON ME TO SEE IF I WAS COMFORTABLE AND NEEDED ANYTHING.AS A FORMER AIRLINE PILOT I HAVE STAYED IN A THOUSAND HOTELS S AND ,BY FAR,THIS WAS THE BEST STAFF I HAVE EVER DELT WITH.GREAT SEEVICE AND ALWAYS WITH A SMILE AND A "HELLO"!"

"Don’t stay here until they fix a couple of things . They say lightening struck the building a month ago so the tv won’t work , the inside pool pump is broke and cold, breakfast was low quality even though I think that had nothing to do with the lightning. Rooms wasn’t the cleanest. This the worse TRU experience I have had and they only been open for two years . Wow "

"We were in town for my mother‘s funeral. I expected because of the reputation of this hotel things would be standard or even better what we found was mold in the shower, mold in the soap dish, mold on the floor, and not one single plug-in worked in the bathroom so you could not shave could not blow dry your hair. You could not do it many of those things you needed to do in the bathroom with electrical stuff there were smells of some kind of chemicals. I’m assuming for remodel, but that just kept coming in the room. The air conditioner was not satisfactory at all, so to say the least it was not an enjoyable stay. The breakfast bar was watered eggs some kind of a sausage that didn’t even look like sausage."

"I didn’t see the breakfast area only saw the coffee. Room was okay, first room had a clogged toilet and we had to move. That room had a window unit as the AC and it wouldn’t really stay on so we got hot at night. Bed was super comfortable though "
